Oil change at Victory Honda of San Bruno is DISASTER!

Simple oil change turn out a nightmare!!! Yesterday 8/18/18, i went to Victory Honda of San Bruno for an oil change for my 2014 Honda Accord. A week ago when i made an appointment and needed a shuttle to go back home while in service. Got there and met Kent and he said " i will call the shuttle for you", i went to the showroom while waiting for his call. An hour later, no call and no shuttle comes, so i went to Kent to ask, and he said " S**T! I FORGOT" " YOUR CAR WILL BE FINISH ANYWAY SO JUST WAIT". I waited patiently in their showroom and then another 1 hour pass and i got a call from Kent saying that my car is finishe. So i went to his cubicle and he said " DISCLOSURE" " WE DAMAGE YOUR CAR" " WE WILL FIX IT AND WILL GIVE YOU A LOANER CAR WHILE IT IS FIX AND BRING IT TO OUR SHOP" "LETS GO TO CASHIER NOW AND I WILL LET YOU PAY FOR THE OIL CHANGE" Are you kidding me!?!? After all what happened?!?! You want me to pay for the oil change!?!?! He then said, " I WILL LET MY MANAGER KNOW" No manager ever talk to me, no apologies made! And also they are forcing me to go to their repair shop which i dont know how they work. As a car owner, i am trying my best to keep my car maintained and running, but after an oil change this happened!
