would like for this motel to address the safety hazards in this particular room.

I stayed at the Villa Park Motel around 2 months ago. The motel claims to be newly renovated. When I stayed the night, I had a room on the second floor in the back of the motel. The room was equipped with a kitchenette. There were no dishes, pots, pans, cups, nor utensils in the cupboards. The microwave was not working. The oven had no temperature gauge to control baking temperature. Thus, upon not even turning the oven dial far, smoking heat was spewing out of the oven. I know how to bake well. Two of the gas burners would not even light upon trying to strike the flame with a match. The burners then spontaneously turned on when I turned the knob. When I sat on the end of the mattress, the mattress flipped completely upward at the top. Please note that I am an average sized white woman.
