Website down, answers the phone hello, doesn't have a website, and uses a yahoo email address

I thought this was a professional company that I was dealing with at the EAA Airshow. The company demanded a $300.00 deposit to place an order and I told them I would only place a $200.00 deposit. Beth agreed to this. Later on I noticed she actually charged me $300.00 on my credit card. When I called to cancel they threatened to charge me a 25 restocking fee on the original purchase price of $1700.00 which would be $425.00. After looking this company up I could find nothing on them, the website is down. The phone number on the invoice a guy doesn't answer like a business he just says hello and a loud television is heard in the background. I recommend purchasing from a company that is run by professionals. I lost $300.00 over this but luckily they sell the same chair online for $400.00 less so in the end I still came out a $100.00 richer and don't have to send payments to a company as unprofessional as this. Glad I didn't take the chance and order from them with all the trouble I had just trying to cancel an order. Just know if you order from them and try to cancel they will only threaten you and will not refund any deposit you make.
