Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Do not get!!!

When I was approached by Kevin Padilla at Vivint Solar, I was told that it would guaranteed save me money on my electric utilities. It was explained that the company makes its money on the power that would be produced by my solars beyond what I would use. As I have watched my solar bill soar, I have come to realize that they are charging me for all the power produced, irrespective of what I actually use, which has NOT increased. Very sneaky. It also does not protect you during periods of power outages as it uses PG&E's meter. I was told it would cost several thousand dollars to get a battery over-ride. I am afraid to cancel with this company. I am afraid of how much they would charge me to remove the solar panels and also afraid of having a leaky roof after they are removed. So I am stuck. Buyer beware!
