Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. slick dealings

my car was not a low pressure experience. i was allowed to drive the car a few blocks to the freeway and then only one exit. they unfortunately found my weak spot - severe back problems - and stressed the adjustable lumbar support for which i fell. they did some extra special creative financing and sold me a car which they knew should have been beyond my means. i spoke to The Volkswagen Group which advised me that they have no restraint against selling a car which one could not afford and despite my low income went ahead to sell me a car which equaled half my rent. the salesperson bragged of selling four cars a week - an excessive number. i found out the reason for this. after speaking to the above and VW credit it seems i have no equity to re-fi or any other means by i may get out of this car without destroying my credit rating or by spending even more money on a VW trade-in. live and learn. i hope others may learn this lesson as i wish i had prior to purchase.
