Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Y'all gotta do better or LEARN better

HORRIBLE! Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. Family and friends, if I ever need this place for reasons to save my life…LET ME DIE! Nobody is on the same page, it's a bunch of young girls there that don't wanna work so they'll tell you anything to make their job easy/easier IF they plan on doing their jobs at all! Drove all the way there in yesterdays snow store carrying things to the door for a loved one to only get turned away! Mind you, they told me to come yes! The girl claimed, that was before they knew it was gonna be a snow storm! YOU'RE A LIAR and you clearly hate your job. EVERYBODY and their mom knew it was gonna snow since last week. My 6yr old knew it was gonna snow girl just say you're ignorant to the world and you just don't like your job! Y'all supposed to be helping these ppl and believe it or not, helping not make sh*t hard for the families so they can be strong for the loves ones that are in y'all care! Sh*t like this can/will cause a setback in someone one day playing with ppls emotions! Y'all gotta do better or LEARN better. Because If you knew better, you'd do better! Or just shut the place down. It's sad because it's not the place, it's the ppl that the place decides to keep around and ignore that there is A LOT of fixing that needs to be had! Y'all be safe out there! If I could give zero stars, I would!
