The one complaint alleges poor workmanship, claiming the company left green paint on the weatherstripping which will not come off, the edges are not feathered as she was told they would be, and the paint is already cracking. The company responds by explaining the paint was already on the weatherstripping before the door was painted, the house surface had been painted several times after the work was completed, and that feathered edges were not part of the contract. The company further explains that the customer supplied the paint, which had been sitting out in the weather for an unknown period of time, and they cannot be responsible for the it's condition.
