I'm very disappointed waiting an hour and a half having to call the store while in the store from my phone was terrible customer service.

I entered the Bluefield, Va Wal-Mart at 11:25 a.m. on July 1,2018 I wanted to purchase some fabric because I enjoy sewing. I could not find anyone to help, there was a lady right next to fabric I asked for help she said wait a minute... never helped I asked another worker, finally I called from my phone and asked for help at 12:18 it still took until 12:50 a worker from photo shop came very nice named Jennifer, I thanked her and would have bought more. It took took long to get help so I had somewhere to be at 1:00 which is why I came around 11:30. I hope your customers mean more to you than that, if there was another fabric shop in the area I would have gone there. You shouldn't haven't something that no one wants to help you. I'm very disappointed waiting an hour and a half having to call the store while in the store from my phone was terrible customer service. They should have better customer service.
