I would like Wal-Mart on east hanesmill road to replace some carts in the store

I have a disability from a stroke, and every time that I go to the store to pick up my medication or to purchase my groceries, there is only broken carts parked that cannot be ridden. I called the head office already and until now nothing has been done. They need to provide handicap carts so we all can shop comfortably. I went today for my prescription and I had to walk to the pharmacy because there was no cart and the store was empty
