This is consumer fraud.

There are many Christmas books in the aisle with all other christmas products with large signs stating 75 off. On Jan.5 2020 i noticed they were ringing up wrong and informed the cashier that there were signs stating 75 off. She said they were aware but that the books were not on dale. I recommended that they remove them from the area because their were other consumers with them in their carts and may not realize they were paying full price. On Jan. 6 2020 at apx. 2:00 i went there to be refunded for a book i did not purchase but was charged for. I went to check and the books were still left there for the consumer to be over charged for. The manager Richard said their was nothing wrong with leaving them there and the customers should notice it when they are being rung out. This is a regular occurrence at the Hudson New Hampshire location. Walmart should be held accountable for their locations price accuracy. They need to be state audited and checked for price accuracy so they do not continue to intentionally steal money from the consumers. We purchase items in good faith believing we are getting the best possible prices. When a store manager does not find anything wrong in intentionally scamming hundreds of consumers out of there money by signing products at a lower price and charging regular retail.
