They do NOT stand by their delivery service!!

Walmart offers express delivery your order within 2 hours for a fee. They send text that the order is delayed, When I call to see why they tell me the driver didn't show up. I ask when can I expect it the reply is I don't know we can just put the order in every hour until a driver picks it up. I said but I was charged a fee for express return my fee. They said they don't know how. So I canceled the order. How can you offer something you can't deliver that is stealing and it's not the first time this happens. Don't offer services they can't stand by.
