Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Answer their phones and stock these items again.

Every time any one tries to call 423 569 6228, no one ever answers. It don't ring it just says type your code in there is no code, at all. So, no one can call this needs to be fixed, so people can call. They also stop stocking chocolate yogurt. Also, they won't stock chocolate fruity Pebbles, Coffee mate creamer liquid. and they also stop stocking May Field Chocolate Almond ice cream. And they also stop selling May Field Tea as well. They need to start stocking these items again. It would be very much appreciated. I have a lot of family and I know a lot of people that bye these items. And are going to different stores to get them. . so their loosing business. Thank you .
