Thanks for total disappointments in what should have been fun for a change.
I have not been to Walmart in awhile so imagine my surprise when you ask an associate where to find something they have no clue. I was excited to do something unusual and buy something for my home based on looks instead of price. I love the pioneer woman merchandise and went in to purchase a toaster, crockpot , pan set, blender pantry accessory set ect. Well most of what I wanted was not available now I blame what's happening in the world for that. Unfortunately I couldn't wait for a toaster or waffle iron. Now almost all the lower shelves are empty but what I needed was too high to reach. I ask for help getting it off the shelf after looking for an associate. Imagine how it felt to get hit in the forehead by a waffle iron. Hurts I'll tell you that having to settle for a toaster I hated I'm not feeling great and decided to just check out. Wow no checkout lines you have to self check out. Shoddy merchandise can't be blamed on Walmart but I am hurt to get not one thing I actually wanted and had to do my own work checking out paying more for items I settled for with a big knot on my head for thanks. Now I needed to leave not argue with a manager so I left. I'm completely hurt . Walmart no longer seems to care about its customers. I have no intention of going back. Next time I ask for help how badly am I going to get hurt. Woman did at least say are you ok. Blood on my head might have indicated the obvious. Give customer service again. Real people with a small amount of intelligence shouldn't be to much to ask. No I have absolutely no belief that anything will be done. Just thought you might want to know that you have lost a customer. I guess you have so many that it doesn't matter but then I never have. Thanks for total disappointments in what should have been fun for a change. All I got was a head ache and settled for inferior products for rediculious prices.
