Wal-Mart Supercenter

I've called corporate office several times to file complaint , they still haven't responded to me.

On November 11th, 2021 my daughter and I were in Wal-Mart, we went to checkout on lane 8, the cashier told us she was closed, my daughter said to her, but your light is on, she replied my bad and shut light off. I was in electric scooter because I had foot surgery October 22, we moved over to self check out. The girl on lane 8 waited on 2 or 3 more customers after she made us leave, she walked to area talked to the girls working self checkout and walked by me slammed her shoulder into me and called me a s***** f****** c***, we exchanged words I asked 3 employees for a manager, all 3 laughed at me and told me no they aren't getting manager, went to customer service they got manager. His name I believe is Adam, he was very confrontational and I asked for her name because she assaulted me, and to call police, he then said I'll call them on you, cuz now I feel threatened, my daughter said you feel threatened by my mom and she can't walk and is in a scooter, I defused the situation by leaving, I've called corporate office several times to file complaint and for persons name because I can't file assault charges without her name. They still haven't responded to me.
