Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Your employees need to know that customers should come before their personal conversations

I pulled up at to the lube center of Walmart I see three employees standing around talking by one vehicle that was being serviced. Two of the guys walked away and was standing there talking to each other so I rolled my window down and asked if I can get service the one black guy with dreads looked at me and didn't say anything, the other guy he was talking to told me I had to go in and get a ticket. I expected someone to come to the vehicle and inform me of the next step. Once I came in I stood inside for 5 mins then someone came in and took my info. I would have rather taken my car to a 10 minute oil change place and know I would get treated like I wasn't invisible. I shop here at least 3-4 time a week but how I was ignored today I will never come back to this Walmart. I will rather travel for another store then to spend my money where I'm ignored. I wanted to leave but I was on my lunch and didn't have time to go else where. But I will not be back. What you feel is right. Your employees need to know that customers should come before their personal conversations. I want to give this experience a negative star.
