Speak to the service desk associates and or retrain them on their jobs. They're lacking the skills they need.

I called at 8:28pm on 2/11/2021. I pressed zero to speak to a customer service associate. I was on the phone, waiting for someone to answer, until 8:40pm. I wanted to know when the service desk closed, because my family member was sending money to me for my medication. I hung up, and recalled. I called at 8:41pm and waited until 8:53pm and gave up. This isn't the first time poor service was given to me. I called on 1/27/2021 at 7pm, and asked what time the service desk closed. I was told by a team member that they close at 9pm. I arrived at Walmart at 8:38pm. I went into the Walmart and to the service desk to see that they were closed. I can't express how much I dislike the employees whom run the service desk here in Vincennes. They're rude, and don't stay open until close but rather leave early.
