They need to start doing their job and doing it right

I have been using Walgreens for years now and the one on Washington Street in Middletown Connecticut is the worst every month I have to fight with them to get my fiance's prescriptions filled on time and yet again today they were late it was supposed to have been done yesterday today I go to pick it up guess what it's not done and then they're telling me I have to wait another half hour to an hour for them to fill it why should I have to wait for something that should have already been done I have gone in there several times and they're not carding for narcotic pain killers which is a big issue with me because anybody off the street if they have my information can go in and pick up my prescriptions. If they cannot do their job and do it the right way then they should not be working there I'm sorry but I've had nothing but problems with this Walgreens on Washington Street I've been in contact with a corporate office they finally fixed the carding of the narcotic painkillers but nothing else that we spoke about like any prescriptions out on time
