Don't move people in front of another customer good way to lose business

I was in Walmart on June 30th arrived at 1 purchased a new set of tires $675 took nearly three hours. I noticed they repeatedly kept moving cars coming in after me ahead of my vehicle don't know what their reasoning was but it took nearly three hours of my day off should have been about an hour and a half job tops but due to other vehicles being moved to the front it took them nearly three hours. Don't move people in front of another customer good way to lose business I spent $675 with him yesterday numerous cars were moved in front of my car these cards come in after I got there I am a regular customer there but I am a little bit hesitant about doing business with the auto center because of this I have lifetime wheel balance and rotation on tires but if it's going to take 3 hours every time I go up there to get them balanced I will go somewhere else
