Walmart

She needs to be put on suspension or fired! She shouldn't be working with the public. She's not a people person

On Saturday Feb. 29th my husband and I went shopping at Walmart for Household items. I day that because the next day we go back to Walmart for all food items. We went through one of the self check machines. And out of 43 items we must have missed scanning a bag of cat food. The lady at the door scanned he bag if cat food on the way out and said it wasn't paid for. My husband said sorry and went to scan it so we could pay for it. She started dumping all of our items out of the bags into the cart. And scanning everything really fast and jerking the cart around. Then she gave the man standing by her the total and I follows her to the register to ring up the cat food. And the total was 96.00!!?? Not to mention she shoved the cart at me and bruised my hip. And caught my fingers against the cart and the register belt. And she looks at me and says "Yeah that can Happen" no apology nothing. I said I was not paying her 96.00 for a bag of cat food. Then she said ok . Then I will walk you to the door. I had already spent 56.00 . And embarrassed like never before. I want something done about this person. I was so upset I didn't even look at her name tag. She had curly salt and pepper hair and she was Hispanic. Not as though the race matters. It's just I am describing her. Something should be done!!
