Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Pay for my lost time, anxiety and inconvenience.

On Monday Sep 23, 2019 I called Walmart and placed an order for a cake. The cake was to be picked up Fri Sep 27, 2019 after 4p. On Friday Sep 27, 2019 I arrived to Walmart @5p and my order was not made. An employee was able to pull me up in the system to show my order so I wasn't sure why it was not ready. The manager was able to give me a complaint line and I called it and made a complaint. A cake was made for me but it still was incorrect and I left Wal-Mart at 630pm when I had a party planned that day for 6p I was late for.
