Walmart Supercenter #3747

I feel very disrespected and was made to feel less than a human being by this woman.

I tried to get my medication refilled from Walmart pharmacy on 29th St. in Muncie Indiana on December 31 that's when Walmart pharmacy themselves told me in person that my insurance would pick them up today being December 31, 2023 but when I went to go pick them up they said I needed a new prescription from my doctor and she was being very rude stating that she wasn't going to argue with me. I calmly explained to her that I wasn't trying to argue I was just trying to explain to her what the receptionist at my doctors office told me as did Walmart themselves tell me the Friday prior to December 31 that my insurance would pick up the medicine today being the 31st but she wasn't trying to listen to me and hung up on me. Now they say these calls are recorded hopefully they are and whoever could go back and listen to the recording I'm not one to make complaints like this but I feel very disrespected and was made to feel less than a human being by this woman. Well she already made it clear that my doctors office had to do what Walmart and my doctors office told me they didn't have to do on Friday so I just don't want her to do this to anybody else to
