Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The only available owner has done little to nothing to stop this problem

The acting manager has sexually harassed multiple gym members he has and I quote told a member "won't stop me from eye fucking you" he has also offered another member to buy her panties when she refused he persisted. The only available owner has done little to nothing to stop this problem and the supposedly trainer has threatened multiple members verbally and through social media platforms including myself. I'd like the gym to fire the acting manager and trainer and not allow them to continue there sexual harassment and threatening comments to paying members of the gym
