Wash & Dry Express

Stick to company rules and hours.

On the day of June 9, 2019 at exactly 10:02pm I entered this place of business with the desire to simply "dry" only my clothes. I expressed to the woman in charge this night that I only needed a half hour the most when I only used 24 minutes to dry and she stated no to me twice. Repeating that they were closed and I said the sign says 11 pm. I proceeded to dry my clothes and took them out to gold seeing that I had a half hour left. The man with her began mopping around me and telling me in Spanish this is not my home. Also they both began taunting me and another young lady there. As I was folding the lady cut the lights off and that is when I stated I would call their manager and they repeated in Spanish " call call I don't care". I also stressed the fact that I had on slides and could possibly fall from him mopping and he continued anyway. The smell of bleach over powering me. Understanding it was late and their frustration but I had to threaten to call the cops at this point because the hours are the hours. I would like the company to teach their employees to have respect and learn how to conduct themselves accordingly. Also to stick to company rules and hours.
