Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Close bar earlier. Not serve alcohol to already drunk Customers.

North building. Vaca with fam. Bar lets out of back door at 2. Patrons are drunk, peeing on Cottage stairs and stairwells, guests cars and casing them. Doing drugs, spewing foul language. This happens every Friday and Saturday night. Don't have this problem with any other bar/drinking establishment. First time in 25 years. We won't be back and will pass this info on to other families. Close bar earlier. Not serve alcohol to already drunk Customers. Let them exit away from guest's accommodations. More security and police. We pay more to vaca than they do to drink.
