Went into the well now to get my daughter a physical and was made to wait 1:45mins in the back in a room until they could get to me as 20 other people that I came in before them came and went and I was still in there waiting. I got mad because of all the people coming in after me and then leaving before me so I said something about it and they decided to throw me out and then not give me back my child's paper work that I gave them to fill out and would not give it back. Every time we go to the well now in Liverpool NY on CT rt 57 there is always a problem and they just don't want to do there jobs. I have even been turned away before and told that they have no room multiple times when there was no one there. They are lazy and don't give two craps about people and there needs. They need to be shut down or have new people brought in that want to do there jobs to help people.
