rude and disrespectful about wrong order

I had put in a Wendy's delivery order in tonight and everything was wrong on it and I wanted a refund and so I called the restaurant and a manager who I now found out his name is Joshua. When I told him what was wrong and why I was unhappy he proceeded to raise his voice at me and blame me for the issues then I requested a refund then he said I only get the orders I can't provide any refund. So I called door dash and they couldn't help me. So I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the payment. Fire the employee for being very rude and disrespectful.
