Unsanitary and very poor workmanship

I went to West coast tattoo to get a septum piercing. Upon arriving I waited for an hour while all employees sit out smoking and cutting up. I had two females in front of me when they decided to come in and Pierce them. When he finished them he told me he was going to smoke again before he pierced me. When he came in he did not go wash his hands and this was the owner of the business. When I went in back room he did not open any packaging everything was unopened all piercing jewelry were laid freely in plastic draws noting was in protective covering. Then he allowed an audience in the room without my permission. A septum piercing is done with a 14 or 16 gauge needle well they were out of that size jewelry so instead of losing that 30 dollars he told me he was going do it with a 12 gauge. I said multiple times that was way to big and his response was no u can't Pierce with anything smaller than that and give list of reasons. After my piercing I did a lot more research which is my fault for not being aware. So I called another tattoo parlor and asked if 12 gauge was normal to use for that and I was told no to come let them look at it. Upon arrival I was told they could not believe they put that in my nose he pierced it entirely to close to my septum and crooked and it had started to rip it was so bad that she offered to Pierce it for free in a week when it had time to heal. I left out that after my piercing the man told me he was the owner doing it cause piercer didn't show.
