The store manager should know how to help people.

I tried to place an order and have it shipped to the store to avoid shipping. I was told that they did not do that by Adam. I ended up with a store card that I had to use so I bought an end table that was in stock and a coffee table that Rebecca said was already in transit on Friday 5/11/18 that would be in the store on that coming Wednesday. When I called back that next Friday Adam said it had not yet arrived. Two weeks later Adam said it had still not arrived. I called again this morning and Adam said it had still not arrived yet, that a customer order takes 4-5 weeks. I explained that I did not place an order that I had bought one that was already in transit to the store. Very condescending, he said no, that that didn't happen. After trying to explain again he got very rude and said I had signed a receipt saying it could take 4-5 weeks. When I looked at my receipt, it said (in transit STS SIDE). Adam said that's what they all said. I asked if he had talked to Rebecca and he said he had and that if she had told that that was their fault in more of a condescending way. He told me to not call him condescending because it was Monday. To be a store manager he should know how to help people instead of trying to make the customer look like an idiot so they won't realize how incompetent he is. Find someone more competent and not lie to the customers. Be more honest in business.
