Poor Customer Service!

This has been my vet for years and now his wife works there and she is rude and unprofessional. They have my cat dependent on a shot that is needed monthly or she'll die. His wife started working there and she didn't like a review I left on their website all it was, was 2angry emoji's that was left 11months ago so now she fired me from taking my animal there knowing my cat needs this medication. And the bad reviews they have received she says they're me leaving them.. just a disturbingly mean lady who isn't there for the animals just there to punish you and animal if she isn't happy? I just would like people to be aware of the professionalism she brings to the business.
