Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This place has a credit/Debit machine but NEVER allows the customer to use credit

This place has a credit/Debit machine but NEVER allows the customer to use credit which I think is illegal if you have a credit card machine a paying Customer should be able to pay by credit. I have been denied that privilege several times by the owner and was told by the owner " go ahead and report me"! The machine is there for people who don't like to carry cash or the option of simply using credit and they've denied myself and several other customers that option. What can be done about this? It has been going on for over a year now and it's not broken if it can take debit. To accept credit card transactions just like they do debit. It's not fair to us as paying Customers to have a machine for credit but be denied the use of it by the owner lying saying " it no work" but you can pay debit. That's unacceptable. I don't like feeling like they're making me pay how they want me to and not like how I would like to pay it should be my choice of credit or debit not theirs or they should simply remove the machine
