When I arrived I was treated as a vagabond

Called to make an appointment with my dog after initially being hung up called back they asked me to hold i agreed. I waited on the phone for an additional 4 minutes before they answered with no response then hung up on me again this was the continued behavior until I arrived at the facility. When I arrived I was treated as a vagabond. I have a dog who i have paid for hip shots yet im not seeing improvement when I ask about abiquiol for my dogs allergic itch they push me aside even when I'm a customer of Carecredit. Get shut down there lack of respect towards their customers and fur babies is deplorable.
