Not happy with Western Service Contract Corp. ( dishonorable company).

I purchased a 2014 Polaris Sportsman from Del Rio Powersports in 2015. I agreed to purchase an extended service contract for extra warranty. After four years the fuel pump went out and it was replaced. 340 miles later it went out again and Western Service Contract gave me a hard time about covering the fuel pump but did so long as I pay the labor. 117 miles later the fuel pump went out again and this time they refused to cover my unit. Without knowing me or how I maintain my Polaris they came up with a false assumption that it was caused by stale gas. An excuse not to cover the repair. People if this gets posted I would advised you not to do business with this company. They don't care about their customers only about saving a buck. I have three units and use non ethanol gas and Sta-bil gas stabilizer. There is no way the gas is stale. The fuel pump was defective again. The person I spoke with said there's no way three fuel pumps could be bad. What makes them the expert. They didn't build them and how do they know the pumps were not defective. I purchased the contract for ease of mind if my equipment broke they would pay to have it repaired (wrong). It's obvious they don't honor their contract only make excuses so they don't have to pay for the repair. I don't know if the company trains their people to save a buck or the reps. feel they earn points by saving a buck. That is poor customer service and will inform all the people I know including the owner of Del Rio Powersports, Mr. Eisenhower .
