Westlake totally ruined my credit and ignored my complaints and call out for help on a Bentley I outsized and never recieved

Totally bad I would never go to them again to get a loan to purchase a vehicle ! I bought a nevered thru them from BMW of Fairfield so Westlake gave me the loan ! I paid it off in 12 months so I could go back a purchase Bentley ! Which I contacted them told them I esnted to use them Again to make car purchase which I got approved met Westlake requirements of 7,500.00 down and put my payments on automatic payment which I did ! However Westlake nevered sent the check to the dealership so I the loan defaulted and I was trying to file complaint on finance department handling my loan ! No one would help me so Westlake hade me sign a new loan agreement to cover their neglect of not sending finance check So my 1st my due date was May 15 th with new loan agreement my due date was on June 21st but I nevere received my Bentley because it was damaged and wrecked from the transportation company and no one from dealer who hired them from the owner of transportation company excepting responsibility for value and repairs ! So transport company calls Westlake an say I abandon vehicle and finance company goes pick it up without customer knowledge n put repo on my credit then put it in dealer compliance because if my complaint I nevered received possession of vehicle and totally ignore dodged and evaded my calls n cry out for help in this matter only to allow a 4 month time lapse to close account and charge me and ruin my credit and credit score !! I'm seeking compensation and a settlement claim for 5,000 to receive pink slip n restore my credit on this account
