Taking advantage of the poor and disabled.

In September, a friend borrowed my 2018 Taotao 50cc scooter, drove around the corner and crashed and totaled it. 2 days later I called the towing and explained I am a disabled senior citizen on disability, and could not afford the $300 plus dollars they wanted to pick it up. They said even jock it because it was totaled. The did say that they will continue to charge me $25 a day and 27 percent a day. And as soon as they are done charging me, they will out a lien on my property and suspend my license. Please hell a disabled senior!!!!!!!!!! Stop taking advantage of the poor and disabled.
