Ms.Alexis has reached out to Whirlpool Corp; due to her Whirlpool washer needing a repair. I'm sorry to hear about her expericence. A no charge service call has been scheduled on Ms. Alexis's washer with Quaker City Factory 21-455-4700 was scheduled for 5/8/2025. The Technician went our and diagnosed the washer on 5/8/2025 and ordered parts. When the service company receives the parts, then they will contact the customer to schedule the washer repair. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

I've been trying to get my dryer fixed under warranty and it's been 2 months and our dryer is still broken. I even asked about getting another provider out as they aren't doing their job and was told i'm stuck with the company I have. They have made 4 appointments and didn't show up for 2 lying about contacting us. The first no show they said they came and called but I have zero missed calls from them and I would have been notified if they came to the door from my video doorbell with motion sensing and the second no show they said they messaged us about having an emergency but there was no message. Even when they showed up no work was done, the first one was understandable because they diagnosed the problem it was a know issue with these washing machines a faulty lock mechanism a very easy fix. The second time they said they already told us which they did not that we needed to remove everything from the laundry room and they would come back in 2 more weeks. They had an "emergency" and won't be coming for another week. I feel like we are getting the run around and it is very frustrating and I don't trust that they will actually show up because of their track record and it's costing my family extra money to get our laundry done outside of the house and we are a very busy family and to take time out for these people to continually be know shows is a huge problem. Resolution Sought I would like them to actually get someone out to do the work as promised
