Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Lazy, Cheap, Indifferent

This company has no business overseeing any neighborhood HOA. Their staff is rude and does the bare minimum in addressing community concerns. They only care about charging monthly fees and trumping up false policy infractions to increase revenue. I could go on and on with specific abhorrent behaviors from this outfit. Bottom line is avoid these professional extortionists at all cost. No clue how they are legally able to operate.
