Complainants allege a variety of problems concerning delivery and refund related issues. Some customers complain they receive only partial deliveries incorrect deliveries late deliveries or in some cases no delivery at all. Other complainants allege the company fails to communicate with them regarding the status of their order by failing to notify them when items are out of stock or on backorder. Other customers report difficulties obtaining refunds. Customers claim the company fails to follow through issuing refunds for cancelled orders or returned merchandise or that refund checks cannot be cashed due to non sufficient funds in the company’s account.~~The company responds to complaints by providing tracking numbers for order shipments by offering explanations for delays or by agreeing to ship orders cancel orders or issue refunds. Some complainants dispute that refunds are actually received or claim the refund checks are NSF. To address these issues the company generally agrees to re-issue refund checks and send them FedEx to the customer.
