BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege deceptive sales practices, failure to provide services, and inability to obtain refunds. Some customers complain the company overcharges them for poor quality photos or other services allegedly provided by third party vendors. In other cases, clients complain that once the advance fees are paid , the company fails to initiate any further communication with the client, or that the company does not find work for them as agreed. In most cases, complainants report the company fails to acknowledge the 10 day contract cancellation period required by law.

The company responds to most complaints by disputing the complainants allegations. They contend that services were provided, and remind complainants they do not guarantee employment. In some cases, refunds or partial refunds were issued. Several complaints are unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or its response was inadequate.

As part of their plea agreement with the City Attorney, Wild Models refunded the complainants who made payment to them, and is precluded from trying to collect from those who haven't.
