I believe his actions are unethical and unprofessional.

I signed a contract with William F Clark with a retainer $7500.00. I was not told that the retainer fee was depleted or given any other options until it was depleted and used. He should have asked for further payment first before billing. I know the agreement states he charges $450 per hour but it also states that he will keep up to date and answer all inquiries. He was instructed by me the argument because he came in at the closing of my case. He did unauthorized work that was not needed. Under mandatory court order I was not required to vacate the property that I reside in. He created a rent control issue preparing 50 pages of documentation at $450/hour when the judge only requested 5. He served me court documents in a crowed court house to take me to court for $5000.00 for falsely advertised free advice. I believe his actions are unethical and unprofessional.
