Poor Customer Service!!

First and foremost we got a suv from them over a year without a bumper. When we first got it we were told they had ordered the bumper and was waiting on it to come in. It's been over a year still no bumper. We called, we threatened to not pay the note but still no bumper. So I finally bought the first part to the bumper (impact bar) a month ago and brung it by there but it was sitting on the ground today when I came to pick my truck back up. I took it back to Wilson to get fixed because the spacer broke on it. It's been up there for 3 months when I first came to get it the battery was gone and the Cadillac converter was missing. I gave them 2 weeks to fix it still no Cadillac converter so I decided to just go get it and take it to a local shop but in the process of doing so one of the coworkers said I was demanding things and proceeded to get in my face and tell me he will knock me out and that if we ever get behind again he will make sure it gets repossessed. That is not professional at all. The man be fired and something happens to the business.
