Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They were Exactly the same. BAIT and SWITCH is illegal. This place needs to close down until they get new ownership.

I went in here in feb. Top order glasses, I had my own prescription and ordered 2 glasses. A week later I received a call that my glasses where in. I went in the glasses were similar to the ones I ordered and the prescription was off a tad. I knew they weren't mine. The guy insisted they were wanted me to pay cash, offered to take them to my home. I refused. A few days later doc called said my glasses were in. I went there was one glass, doc asked guy, guy pulled one of the ones he offered me before. So the one i actually ordered did come in. They were perfect but he still tried and did a BBC bait and switch with second pair. Went back told him to at least redo prescription, he did not want to doctor started shouting acting crazy. Finally he said ok i redo them. The one pair, i called he b.c said sure there here. They were EXactly the same. BAIT and SWITCH is illegal. This place needs to close down until they get new ownership.
