I was embarrassed humiliated and denied entry into my hotel room I've paid for.

I was embarrassed humiliated and denied entry into my hotel room I've paid for. I have a video of the front desk agent yelling at me demanding I show my service dog paper work to enter the hotel and the room. The agent was so aggressive he didn't call 911 he didn't assist while I was having a seizure and being humiliated. He continued to bully me into showing documentation and even proving my disability this was the fourth encounter. The agent understands we're staying in a handicap room / room 420 and understand three disabled adults one in wheel chair paid f or this room and stays in this room and did not care
