Hire better people or become a better business and work on being professional.

A money order was stolen out of my car and my tag was not given to me. I have had this car for 3 months. in advance I asked and informed this business that my tag expired on a certain day and was told I would receive it through the mail and never did. I was told at the last minute which is after my tag expired to go get a tag from the DMV.
