Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. WJB Marketing is a great company to do business with! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile. They don't only go the extra mile though, their services are done expertly, fast, and for a fair price. The real thing I loved though isn't any of that. It's that they take the time to educate you so you can do more yourself in the future rather than spending money. Best of all they deliver.
