Make sure these mechanics are certified do they know what there doing

I have been bringing my car to Woburn gas for service for about 7 yrs. Just had a tune up there last month, car was not running properly. So I took car to a Chrysler dealership they re-inspected the tune up go to find out spark plugs not gapped correctly. Car was stalling a lot on the highway thank god I was not killed . Imagine going 70 miles an hr and your car stalls. That was the first problem now my oil pan they put the plug in the the pan and stripped out my threads losing oil . The only way I would have found out about this was thru Chrysler dealership . I have been trusting these people all these years to take care of my car . The way they are repairing cars is unsafe . They returned the money for tune up now I have to deal with repairing oil pan. If they told me they had a problem with plug in oil pan I would have fixed it and because they did not let me know my car maybe ruined . We're is the honesty
