Horrible!!!!

I have never received such horrible customer service. Unfortunately I purchased an in dash dvd player, huge mistake! When I initially purchased the product it was defective and I had to return it. Luckily this was before 90 days of purchase so I had no difficulty. However, the second time I had to return the device I was not so lucky. I was forced to send it back to the manufacturer since their warranty had kicked in at this point. After receiving confirmation they had received the product they reported that it was now physically damaged which caused their warranty to be voided. After numerous conversations between several employees and a supervisor by the name of Will I was told my only option to get the product fixed would be to pay an additional replacement fee. I asked what he replacement fee would be, after a few minutes on hold I was told the product was now discontinued so I did not have the option of getting it repaired. Throughout the entire ordeal they were incredibly unprofessional and hung up on me several times. I will never purchase one of their products again and urge others not to as well. You will end up paying hundreds of dollars and have nothing to show for it be aggravation and frustration!
