Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. To be on time. If stated 10 to 15 minutes. Be there.

This is not the first time this has happened... Today, I called over 25 minutes ago.. When I called to follow up with the dispatcher, I was advised that she is to put the call out again...I did notice at least a good 4 to 5 cabs drive by and none of them even came to look for me..During the holidays, it took over an hour, when the driver finally arrived. I mentioned same to him, he to was upset. As a former employee of Logisticare Solutions, I do not need to be waiting for the standard time of 15 minutes to three hours. This is ridiculous
