This company offers a multi-level home based business which is solicited via Independent Representatives (IR’s). Products and services promoted by the company are sold directly to consumers or purchased by IR’s who re-sell the merchandise retail to consumers. IR’s may recruit other IR’s and are obligated to perform a bona fide supervisory function to ensure that their respective Downlink Organizations are properly operating. IR’s must train motivate and supervise their Downlink IR’s and continue to promote sales by generating new customers and servicing their existing customers.
