Zippy J's Shell Station

I came into the laundry mat to wash my clothes at this store. While doing so, I bought two pieces of fish from the store. When I took a bite, the fish was very hard and rubbery. I asked the lady if she would cook some fresh fish and she told me all she could do was refund my money, cause she can't cook after that. I told her the fish is very old and needs to come out of the hot box. It was 6:27pm when I purchased it, and she told me she put it out like at 1pm. I asked her does she know that the hold time on fish should be 40 minutes, and she said, (well, my boss told me to keep all the food out for 4 hours). This is ridiculous, and I will never do business with this store again, and I will also let others know about their OLD food, and how long they keep it in the hot box. To top it off, she wouldn't cook me two fresh pieces, after I had already paid for it, plus KNOWING the fish was old. Everything in the box is old. Something needs to be done about this, and it has to start with the manager.
