Purchase several tires even replaced rims because tire continued to go down, shake on car and just give bad ride. Resolution Sought Refund the money I've spent on tires, rims & time in the last year.

Mr. Chapman, from 6-4-22 up to 1-3-23 has been in 5 times for leaking tires. Each time there was an object in one of his tires causing it to leak and one time he had tire pressure sensors in need of replacement. On two occasions he has had to replace a rim due to it being damaged. We do not offer lifetime balancing but have re-checked the balance on his tires at n/c on 5 separate occasions. On his last visit on 1-3-23 he came in with the complaint of road noise and vibrations. It was determined that all 4 tires have choppy wear on the tread from vehicle mis-alignment. Vehicle most likely was caused to be out of alignment from the times he ran over something hard enough to damage the two wheels he had to replace. When questioned if he has had an alignment done any time in the recent past he indicated he had not. We have gone above and beyond with this customer and will not be refunding him any money.
